Congratulations to the Laguna Creek High School Black Student Union for being selected as this year's BSU of the Year at the California State BSU Conference last weekend!  Sophomore Amauri Ross was also elected as the State President for the 2013-14 school year.

And don’t forget about the Laptop Giveaway! It’s back for a second amazing year. High school students in grades 9-11 must have at least four months of perfect attendance to be eligible for the drawing for a brand new laptop computer and printer at the end of the school year. It’s that easy! The Elk Grove Auto Mall Graduating Seniors Attendance Drive is back again for the seventh year in a row – and the Class of 2013 will have their chance to win a new car May 2013!  All you have to do is come to school, every day each month, and receive entries into the drawing.
