University IB Recognition

Receiving Credit for IB coursework at the College/University Level

Pursuing the IB Results Diploma or IB Course is proven to be the best preparation for college success worldwide.  Colleges and Universities highly value the education that the IB Programme offers students and reward students for the rigor of their high school experience.

Most colleges and universities grant credit for International Baccalaureate courses.  Some grant credit for HL courses and some grant credit for both SL and HL courses.  Some colleges offer scholarships or automatic entry into their honors programs.  The list below is extensive, but certainly is not complete.  If the college in which you are interested is not listed, do a search for “IB Credit” on the college’s admissions page.  We will add to our webpage as we receive information about more colleges.
